Who We Are
As members of Baird's Private Wealth Management Group, The Hodge Williams Group specializes in providing high-end advisory services, financial planning and investment consulting solutions for both individual and institutional clients. Our group has over 65 years of combined experience in Financial Services. Our mission is to operate a comprehensive financial advisory practice, with a highly qualified team, in order to provide the most professional, reliable and consistent financial advice to our clients.
James Alan Hodge
Branch Manager, Director
Jim Hodge is a Director and Madison Branch Manager and has been providing financial consultation to individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations since he joined Baird in 1996. Mr. Hodge earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Arizona State University with additional undergraduate studies in Madrid, Spain. He has completed Baird's Senior Investment Consultants Program hosted at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association. Mr. Hodge was the recipient of Baird's G. Frederick Kasten, Jr. Award honoring his exemplary client service. Jim has also been recognized by *Forbes as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor (2018-2023).
Mr. Hodge is active in the community, was a member of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau 2012 Leadership Class VI, and served as a member of the Cargill Methodist Church finance committee. He also served on the Holiday Home Camp Finance committee, the 4-H Advisory Board, and is active in Junior Achievement. Mr. Hodge is a native of Wisconsin and a 5th generation family-farm owner in the Janesville, Wisconsin area.

Stacy P. Williams, QPFC
Director
Stacy P. Williams, QPFC is a Director and Senior Investment Consultant with the Hodge Williams Group at Baird. She provides comprehensive investment consulting to successful families, endowments, corporations, and retirement plans. Prior to joining Baird's Private Wealth Management group, Ms. Williams held the position of Associate Equity Research Analyst in Baird's Institutional Petroleum Research Group from 2000 to 2005.
Stacy holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin; a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster; successfully completed Baird’s Investment Consultants Program hosted at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business; and attained the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) professional credential. She has received national recognition and was named one of *FORBES Top Women Wealth Advisors in 2020, along with being awarded **Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Wealth Advisor (2022-2023). She is most proud of her local recognitions, including receiving a “Forty Under 40” award by the Milwaukee Business Journal (2010) and Baird’s G. Frederick Kasten award for Client Service Excellence (2007). She is also regularly invited to attend the “Top Women Advisors Summit" hosted annually by Barron’s.
Stacy is a long-time volunteer for United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, where she serves as a Director on the Board and recently Co-chaired the 2021 United Way Campaign raising over $56 million. She is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council, a co-founder of the United Way Emerging Leaders Council. She also serves on the Neurosciences Research Center Board affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is active in the Arts community and designated as an Honorary Trustee by the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, following 10+ years of Board service. She enjoys living in Fox Point with her husband (Blair), two children (Rowan and Rex), and variety of beloved family pets.

Shea McCreight
Senior Client Specialist
Shea joined Baird in 2018 working with The Hodge Williams Group after spending nearly two decades in the corporate office of The BonTon Stores, Inc.; serving her last stint with the firm as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. She is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed and is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
Shea enjoys traveling to visit her three daughters at their respective colleges in Arizona and Virginia. She also enjoys running, hiking and other outdoor activities and lives in the Village of Bayside with her husband, and her beloved dogs and cats.
