Alicia joined the Hodge Williams Group in 2026 after building a diverse career across public accounting, education, consumer products, and legal services. She holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and began her career as an auditor with Grant Thornton. She later transitioned into education as a business teacher before spending several years at home raising her three children. Alicia returned to the workforce through a role with a consumer‑products start‑up and most recently worked in the billing department of a law firm.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys supporting her children in their many activities, including tennis, soccer, and volleyball. She loves being outdoors, traveling, attending Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers games, and trying new restaurants. Alicia lives in the Village of Whitefish Bay with her family and their well‑loved dog, Pluto.
