James A. Hodge is a Managing Director with Private Wealth Management at Baird, providing financial consultation to individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Jim was a solo advisor with Baird from 1996-2004 after which point he came together in partnership with Stacy Williams to form the Hodge Williams Group at Baird. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Arizona State University with additional undergraduate studies in Madrid, Spain. He completed the Senior Investment Consultants Program sponsored by Baird and hosted at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is an Investment Management Consultants Association member. Jim received Baird's G. Frederick Kasten, Jr. Award, honoring exemplary client service in 2007, and Forbes has recognized him as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor for nine consecutive years (2018-2026.)* He served as the associate branch manager for Baird in Milwaukee (2010-2015) and as Branch Manager in Madison (2015-2024).
Jim is active in his community as a member of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau 2012 Leadership Class VI and is an active volunteer with the Janesville Performing Arts Center. He has served as a member of the Cargill Methodist Church and the Holiday Home Camp finance committees, the LaPrairie 4-H Advisory Board, and was a leader for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin. Jim is a native of Janesville, Wisconsin, an active 5th-generation crop farmer, father of three adult children, and lives on the family farm with his wife, Sarah.
